It Might Be Time For a Haircut...

Well, I have been experimenting with Traedon's hair. I have been trying to grow it to a cute longer length for a while. In the past, I gave up once his hair reached a certain point that nothing could make it look cute. Other times, when I finally got past that point...and it was just starting to look seriously cutie-pie -- my sister or mom, or some other sinister person got to him with the scissors. I think that they thought it better to ask for forgiveness rather than permission, for the sake of my son who was starting to look like my daughter. Anyways, it finally reached a cute length. I like it, and I want to see it get a little longer...we have come all this way! Admittedly it does often look scroungy soon after I spend time teasing it in a 'Zack & Cody' kind of way. Ed also says on occasion..."Jamie, I think it might be time to cut his hair." I chalk this opinion up to all of Edgar's taste being in his mouth. Traedon also looks incredibly sweet with short hair. Please help me make my decision by voting in my poll above. Just keep in mind that your vote will most likely determine the course of my young son's life! :)

Well first let me start off by saying that he is a pretty good lookin' kid so either short or long would be good.

Second of all, i am surely NOT the person to give my input because I am a buzz girl. I cut Deacon's hair with a #1 attachment every month!! That way I don't have to worry about combing it I just rub a towel on it when he gets out of the tub and he's good to go!

I think a little shorter. He is a cute kid. Maybe just a trim.

i dont like that zach and cody thing, i am thinking more of a hanson family or owen willson look. i am a sucker for wavey hair on a guy. Maybe i am too 90's. trae is a handsome boy with a perfect pearly smile. he definatly pulls it off. as far as brookaus is consernd i love his long bangs but keep it off his neck. he would look exactly like Jason if you let him do what traedon is doing.

Isn't it like 100 degrees in Utah. Forget the looks, give the poor kid a buzz, he can grow it back for winter.

I called and talked to your kids a few days ago and it was Traedon's turn to talk and the first think he said was "umm... Kenzie... I have girl hair now" I thought it was so funny. But I could tell he liked his hair and he was proud of it. I agree with Brooke, Zack and Cody have sick hair but Owen Wilson has hot hair. Dont cut his bangs!
Remember that one time he cut his hair to his scalp and blamed it on Brie? And Stacy cut it like a balding old man? Oh my gosh, that was so funny. Do you have those pics still? I want you to blog that!

I like the way Lucas's hair is cut on your blog. It is not down over his eyes. I don't like to see guys (or gals) always pushing their hair aside so they can see. (Makes me want to give them a barette or bobby pin.) And down over the collar is just to hot for them this time of year. He is such a beautiful child (as are all of your children) he would look handsome however he has it cut.

such a dilema! I wish I could grow Sams hair out but it always ends up looking like a bad wig and it makes his head look even bigger than it is.

So?? What did you decide?

I think a cute shaggy hair cut is absolutely adorable. But in the grow out process I would recommend some shaping to help it grow with out looking like "give that poor kid a hair cut!"

And since your asking for opinions..
I would also throw some quick hair product in there each morning just so it looks like he is shaggy on purpose.

Cute kid, awesome personality, he can pull it off!!

My Landon is wanting hair like Zac & Cody. He currently has a buzz (the only cut I can give) so he has a lot of growing to do.
What did you decide to do?
